How do Real Estate Agent cards score for the AAA?
A Real Estate Agent card counts as one house in its estate and also sets the estate's house value from the architect card: every house in the estate scores that value (1 to 4, and two agents do not stack). With a value of 1 the multiplier changes nothing, so each house is just 1 point. Landscaper values come from the architect's card, not from the estate total.
