Fences do not. Numbers in a street always ascend left to right across fences. A roundabout (advanced variant) does split the street in two, so numbering may restart directly to its right. Each side of a roundabout may use 0 to 17, so the same plain number can appear on both sides; only Bis copies must stay together in one estate.
