Where can I draw a fence with the Surveyor effect?
The designer said fences may be placed freely, and the rulebook lets you choose any white-dotted space.

On any available white-dotted space, in any street, including between empty houses and not necessarily next to the house you just numbered. The only restriction is that you cannot place a fence between a house and its Bis copy. A fence can bound estates on both sides and the permanent end fences count as fences too, so one fence can close one estate and start the next.
