Does an estate of seven or more houses score anything?
The designer and publisher both said the limit is strictly six.

No. A completed estate is 1 to 6 houses; a bigger one scores nothing and cannot be sold with the Real Estate Agent. Split it with a Surveyor fence before the end if you want points for the parts.
