Does the game end when one end condition is met, or do all three have to be met?

One is enough. At the end of a turn, the game ends if any player has accomplished all three missions, crossed off all their System Error boxes, or filled every space of the marking area with numbers or Xs. Adventure #1 adds the rocket launch, and Adventure #8 has only two System Error boxes per sheet.
