In solo Adventure #6, when does ASTRA's propagation resolve, and what if the mission was already accomplished?
It resolves immediately, once, not in phase 5. Per the designer (beyond the rulebook text), on a second draw of an ASTRA Effect whose mission has already been accomplished (virus already activated), nothing happens: each virus is activated once per game. In campaign chapter 174, a cured virus isn't propagated; you only flip the mission card.
