In campaign chapter 174, can robot bonuses advance the vaccine tubes, and what if the vials weren't made before shuffling?
A regular Robot bonus from completing a plant action line can advance the vaccine test tubes. If the vials weren't made before shuffling, both the variant bonuses and the 10-point vial bonus are crossed off, but you can still make the vaccines.
