Do the starting items on the Player Board count as cards and tags for requirements and scoring?

Question

Accepted Answer

Yes — the board's City, Harbour, Star and Townsfolk count as one Land, Water, Space and Townsfolk card for requirements, and the Observatory and Library icons count as tags for journaling and scoring. The board's middle section is not itself a Land card.
