How does the Editor move a face-down evidence token with a card's value?

Name the card's colour (or a colour of your choice if it is a joker) and ask Nixon whether he has a face-down token of that colour. If he does, he must flip one (his choice if several) and move it. Only if he has none may you move a face-up token of that colour, the initiative token or the momentum token.
