When exactly does a warp end?
The publisher said the warp ends only in Step 4, matching the rulebook.

In Step 4, when you must draw five tokens and the bag cannot supply them all. Drawing exactly enough to empty the bag does not end it. Draws earlier in the turn, such as Draw 3 rewards, never end the warp even if the bag runs short.
