What happens to tokens I don't use at the end of Pilot Actions?
The rulebook says remaining pool tokens are discarded at the end of Pilot Actions, with a hold for the rest.

Anything left in your pool is discarded. Before that you may move tokens into your hold up to its capacity, and you do not have to use everything (for example a Warhammer you would rather save is simply discarded). The hold has a limit; tokens kept for later must go there.
