Can I repair shields repeatedly, after hull damage, or repair my hull?
The publisher said you can always raise shields again, and hull is much harder to repair.

Yes to shields: you can spend energy on Repair Shields as often as you can pay, even with hull damage or an empty shield track, up to the meter's maximum. Hull has no repair action in the base game; the publisher says it is much harder to repair.
