How do Propulsion Cannon and Outmaneuver work?

Choose a target and flip the token. Face up, Propulsion Cannon counts as five lasers and Outmaneuver as three maneuvers, and they stay on the target. Face down, they stun the target, count as no lasers or maneuvers, and are discarded at end of turn.
