How does Overwhelm work?

It counts as two lasers on its target. When that target is destroyed on the turn the token is applied, one laser is added to every other target, including mothership sections once the mothership can be targeted, and those lasers stun unless the target resists. If the target isn't destroyed, the token stays two lasers but the bonus doesn't happen.
