How do the Hourglass and its time tokens work?

Drawing a time token triggers Sands of Time, which moves the mothership marker to another section. When the marker comes back to a section, you remove the highest laser token assigned to it (the printed 3-laser icon is a reminder of this). Tokens on an inactive section stay there until warp end. If you draw a time token on the draw that ends the warp, resolve the effect first, then do the end-of-warp steps.
