Can I spend one energy token on several purchases, and do I get change?
The rulebook's Buy Tokens action states this.

You can buy several tokens with one discard, as long as their total cost does not exceed the energy discarded, but you get no change. Leftover energy is lost, and the energy token itself goes to your discard.
