What if I am at or above my hand limit, or my Draw Pile runs out while drawing?

If you are at or over your limit you simply draw nothing and never discard down. If the Draw Pile empties mid-draw you shuffle your discards, check for Criminals, and keep drawing up to the limit. Limits can reach five with Workshops, the Castle Leader and expansions.
