How do the extra co-op points for flipped Debts and Deeds work?
They are added on top of the normal scoring: count Debts and Deeds as usual, plus the bonus points for flipped Debts. For example, a flipped Deed can be worth 5 (3+2) once the Debt pile is emptied.
