Is the bumped-worker reward paid per worker?
The rulebook states this plainly.

Yes. Each bumped worker returns to its owner and earns the reward for its tier (2 Silver from tier 1; 1 Virtue and a resource from tier 2). Tier-3 workers are never bumped.
