What counts as interacting with a sentient for Duel (card 1499), and can others use a sentient in my grid?

Interacting means being at a location with a sentient or holding one in your grid. Only the owner uses a sentient's printed actions, but a player at your location with a sentient in their own grid can use a Duel-type action on it.
