Where do I find card 522's ENTER entry, and what counts as "land" for RIDE on card 1111?

ENTER is in the other blue storybook, the Move storybook, not the Depart one. For the RIDE boost power on 1111, the card just indicates the animal does not swim or fly; a location counts as land if the art shows some land on it, and * adjacent locations are found in the Depart entry.
