How do Gniir's exposure, protection and snow rules work?
Distress on Gniir triggers nothing when gained; during step 4 of the Exposure card you resolve every distress you hold in any order. A 'protected' node keeps protection while you stay. A cave card that says 'even if protected' just removes protection there; it adds no extra distress. If no snow markers remain, clear the board and place 2 snow on each explorer's node.
