Does an unconscious explorer take turns, and can the crew still use their stuff?

No turns: a turn needs focus cubes, which an unconscious explorer can't use. Others can exchange discoveries with them, carry them with Traverse, and count them as present for task actions, but can't use their comprehension or breakthroughs.
