Can I build a structure and move away the same turn, and does it cost time?
The rulebook's "Breakthrough Board & Structures" section answers this, and players in the threads agree.
Yes. Placing the cube completes the build, and you don't have to stay. The BUILD action costs 1 time unless the matching comprehension is present on that node (the comprehension, not the builder, matters). Any die type works for the Research Hut.
