When Quinn acquires from the Market and no card there is a legal pick, does Quinn still roll and then draw an Event card?
Yes. Quinn still rolls, and if the roll lands on an unsuitable item the step falls through to drawing an Event card. Skipping the roll gives the same result when no suitable item exists. The designer also said the 'if possible' wording in that step is a mistake and will be changed.
