What is an attraction's icon size for the All Attractions No Larger Than 3 Icons Blueprint?
It is the icons on the gold ribbon plus the icons of every upgrade attached, including built-in icons. A Hotel starts at 3 icons, so it cannot take upgrades for this Blueprint.
