What happens when a dinosaur animal upgrade is moved to an attraction that cannot take upgrades, such as one with a flagpole?
The dinosaur does not move. An attraction that cannot have upgrades is not a valid destination, so the move does not happen and the dinosaur stays where it is (or the card's alternative, such as demolishing, applies).
