Does a Kingdom attraction stay closed until it has a theme upgrade, and when does it reopen?
A Kingdom is closed whenever it has no theme, including right after it is built. Its own closure rules are inactive while it is closed. It reopens once a theme is added, so plan to add a theme in the round it is built.
