Can you play an attack event against Quinn when it has no valid target in his warehouse?
Yes. An event does not need a valid target to be played, so you may play one that does nothing. Quinn does not defend when the event changes nothing in his warehouse. Corporate Raiders is in the same position because warehouse upgrades are not attached to attractions.
