Can the Guest Reassurance Pylon ability be used if a Kaiju already closed its attraction?
The designer answered this directly.

Not from that closed state. The ability needs a change from open to closed. If the attraction is reopened and closed again in the same Events step, the ability can be used again, as often as it is reopened.
