Can you burn the forest on Palenque to get to the corn?

Yes. Discard the wood tile on top, take the corn tile beneath and its corn, and step down one temple because you angered the gods. You can't burn if every temple marker of yours is already on the bottom step. Agriculture level 2 is a separate way to harvest corn without burning.
