Can I buy a starter card from the devoured pile, and do devoured starter cards go back to the box?
Starter cards in the devoured pile stay there; no rule returns them to the box (the Insane Outcast is the one card that returns to the supply). Buying one is treated as costing 0, with the real price being the dilution of your deck. This is the community's reading with no official ruling.
