Is there a limit to how many tiles I can collect, and can I stack duplicates?
The rulebook's forum hint allows piling tiles, and players extend it to duplicates.

No limit. Forum tiles, Senate tiles, extra action tiles, wilds and demand Trajan tiles may be held in any number, and you can pile them when you run out of room. Only the Trajan tile slots around the wheel hold one tile each, and a +2 marker cannot be stacked because it needs its own slot.
