Where do the extra forum tiles go for 2, 3 or 4 players at setup?
The rulebook gives the tile counts; players who checked the board agree on the column layout.

Each player count has its own column of forum spaces. Fill the columns from the left up to your player count (6, 9 or 12 forum tiles in total); tiles never go on top of each other.
