Can a player play more than one Vote card in a single vote?
The designer said so for the 2nd Edition; the older printed rulebook says one card.

Yes under the 2nd Edition rules (also used in the Deluxe Edition): each participant plays one, two or three Vote cards. The older rulebook text of one card per vote reflects the first edition.
