When the song is played at the start of her turn, and it stays locked for the turn. Stanza is melee, so a song that needs a Target requires an adjacent Baddie at that moment, not after she moves. If the target moves away or is removed you can't roll Atk dice or target skills. Forever Mine doesn't use her Target and needs no adjacency.
