Yes. Splice & Dice is fully compatible with Undertow, though a few Tyrant encounters calling for Mech, Krelln or water battles may need removing in the base game. Mixing extra Baddie types into your stacks is allowed, but more variety generally makes the game harder and can dilute skills like One Mind and Raiding.
