Duster rolls and places them on her own turn; Nightshade can't roll skill dice or use Duster's skills on her own turn unless the skill says so (Ferocity is such a case). Ferocity can be rolled early and kept Locked, but can't be used until Nightshade is on the mat. Promise of Prey must be placed on a Baddie by Duster on her turn before Nightshade can trigger it.
