When does a Krelln place Wreckage?

Only when it has no Gearloc to attack and hits the raft. It places one chip per attack on a raft position adjacent to it (the party picks if there is a choice), and nothing is placed if both positions already have wreckage. It must actually deal damage with its attack dice. Skills like Detonate can't harm the raft; only Krelln destroy it.
