Who gets the point when I place a tile in a kingdom?

Whoever controls the leader of the tile's colour in that kingdom, even if it is an opponent. If there is no such leader, the point goes to the king's owner. If neither exists, nobody scores. You get nothing for a tile placed in someone else's kingdom unless you own the matching leader or the king. A tile that unites two kingdoms scores for nobody.
