What happens if someone fails to fulfil a wish they could have?
The printed rules give no penalty. Casual groups usually cancel and redeal the hand, or continue with the wish enforced; in tournaments an illegal play is often penalised by scoring the hand 200-0 for the opponents. Agree on the procedure beforehand.
