Tichu
What if my partner goes out first after I called Tichu?
The rulebook states it directly.

The call fails. The caller themselves must go out first, so if their partner goes out first the team loses the call's points (100 for small Tichu, 200 for Grand Tichu). The bonus or penalty is scored on top of the hand's normal score.
