How does card passing work, and may I know who passed me which card?
The rulebook describes the push; that you may know who passed which card is how players say it is played.

Each player pushes one card face down to each other player, and only after pushing all three do they pick up the cards pushed to them, so you cannot choose after seeing what you receive. You may change your choice until everyone has pushed. Nothing hides who gave what, and players normally know which card came from whom.
