Can several players, including both teams or both partners, call Tichu in the same hand?
The rulebook says each player may call and its FAQ says simultaneous calls stand; the details come from players.

Yes. There is no limit on how many players call Tichu or Grand Tichu in a hand, including both members of a team and players from both teams. A Tichu can still be called after an opponent's or partner's Grand Tichu. Overcalling your partner is rare, and if both fail the team loses 200. The rulebook FAQ says that if partners call truly simultaneously, a tournament may let the second player in turn order withdraw; calls with any delay between them both stand.
