The rulebook states the ranking rule explicitly; players confirm the suit tie.

First by number of cards, then by rank. Any straight-flush bomb of five or more cards beats a four-of-a-kind, a longer straight flush beats a shorter one, and among bombs of the same size the higher top card wins. Equal-size, equal-rank straight flushes in different suits do not beat each other.
