Do Haetae and Water Giant stack, for example with Yuki-Onna Exalted?
Yes. Water Giant adds 1 on top of Haetae, so blue stones are worth 7 and purple 4. Yuki-Onna Exalted pays its cost first and then scores the stones left, which is 21 for three blue stones.
