When the die I moved matches one of my workshop tiles, do I get the tile in addition to the normal space bonus?

Yes. The normal activation happens first, multiplied by the dice in the space, then the matching workshop tile gives one extra activation. The tile's benefit is a flat bonus and is not multiplied by the dice.
