When does the purple dragon get its second move?

Only when it lands on an adjacent space of its colour, a mountain, per the English rules and the designer's office as relayed by a forum member. The translated rulebook in our files also lists demon spaces, but the English text and that confirmation say a demon or curse space gives no extra move.
