Yes, at least at the start of your next turn before you leave the shrine, which the rulebook allows. Forum replies would also accept a sacrifice on any later turn while you stand there. A stricter reading requires finishing a card's movement on the shrine that turn; the wording is ambiguous and there is no official word.
