Can 'any one Agent' mean yourself, and can I move onto another Agent's Era?

Yes. 'Any one Agent' can be you. The destination must be an Era where an Agent stands, so technically it must be a different Agent from the one you move; moving another Agent onto your own Era is allowed, and per the rulebook you can pick another Agent standing on your Era.
